We value your personal privacy and have implemented appropriate security safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with industry standards. This Privacy Policy aims to inform you of our policies and to explain these things to you, in order to give you more control of your personal information while enjoying our platform.

We use your Personal Information only for improving Gospel Social, and by using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in agreement with this policy. You are also encouraged to occasionally review this Privacy Policy so that you may be informed of any changes we make. The date at the top of the policy, as well as other notifications we may send, serve as our communication for any modifications.

Gospel Social is intended for users over sixteen (16) years of age and we will not intentionally collect or maintain personally identifiable information about anyone under sixteen (16) years of age.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third parties that we do not own, and therefore cannot control. We do our best to work only with third parties that share the same respect we have for your privacy; however, we leave the responsibility to you to review their own privacy policies before you decide to access their website.

Your email address is used to authenticate your account, keep it safe from fraud, and to send you notifications and communication in general. Your username and password are used when you log in or access your account. Your username may be used by other people to find you on Gospel Social, but this depends on your settings. We also collect the content that you create and share with other Gospel Social users, including photos, videos, links, communication such as messages and comments, and the dates of file creation. We receive and scan them for any malicious and prohibited content as well as when we review reported issues associate with such content.

Shared Content. How users control the visibility of their information depends on their settings, so you should carefully consider who you share your content with. Remember that whatever you post can be re-shared within Gospel Social or on other platforms outside of Gospel Social. Your comments on your friends’ shared content may also be visible to others as their settings permit.

Our Communications. If you contact Gospel Social by email, the content of your message, as well as your email address and all contact information contained in that email will be stored for reference in responding to your query or request. As part of our mutual connection, you may also occasionally receive emails from us. When we send you notification emails that include links, we also keep track of whether and how you interact with these links as you click on them.

Your Profile and Network. You may provide additional information during the registration flow (for example, your job title, profile photo, company or organization, city, country, age, birthday, hobbies and interests) to help you build your profile and to provide you more customized services (for example, updates and more relevant ads or local content). Our system may also suggest people you can connect with based on the common interests provided. This means the data we collect from people in your network may include information about you. We also use information about who you communicate with and when to show you more relevant content, better understand our services, and protect the safety of this platform.

We automatically receive and record information from your web browser or mobile device when you access Gospel Social, such as your browser type and version, the device you are using, your operating system and its version, the date and time of every request made to Gospel Social, your screen display information, and information from any cookies we have placed on your web browser or mobile device (as explained below). We use this information to enhance the services provided by Gospel Social. We may also ask you to provide your phone number for notifications of new products and improvement of the services we offer; however, this is optional.

Our cookies do not contain information that personally identifies you, and we don’t use them in a way that tells us who you are. Cookies and web tags are used to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us that you have logged in, and how and when you use Gospel Social.

Due to our commitment to our users to uphold their privacy and security, we also set restrictions on how our third-party partners can use the data we provide. Third-party services may include advertisers, analytics services, business entities that offer goods, and law enforcement.  When you choose to link your Gospel Social account to a third party service, the service may send us the information they have about you.

Other Information. Even if you have not registered or logged in, we still receive log data from you when you view or interact with Gospel Social content. Log data includes your IP address, operating system, browser type, device information, pages visited, search terms, and information from cookies. We may also use this data to improve the ad contents we show you. In order to make our ads more individually relevant and to measure their efficacy, our ad partners may share data such as the type of content viewed, interests, mobile device ID and cookie ID. Likewise, when you log into Gospel Social, we associate the browser or device you are using with your account for authentication and security.
