Terms and Conditions

You may access Gospel Social by becoming a registered member and creating an account with us. By clicking ‘Sign up’, you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or other account identifiers which you choose for Gospel Social and all other activities that occur under your account.
By registering, you agree that:
(a) Your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access Gospel Social;
(b) you are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Gospel Social and for any activities or actions under your password. You are encouraged to use "strong" passwords with your account. Hallelujah Gospel will not be legally responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this instruction.
(c) you will not create registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the function of the site, or other users nor will you try to pass yourself off as another user.
(d) you must provide us accurate information, including your real name, when you create your account on Gospel Social.
2. User Content
your content will be viewable by other users of gospel social and through third party services and websites. you should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these terms. do not provide sensitive personal information.
(a) you must be at least sixteen (16) years old to interact with any content on gospel social.
(b) you take all responsibility related to the security, privacy, and confidentiality risks that come naturally with sending any content over the internet. by posting any content on gospel social, you grant hallelujah gospel the right to display, change, and distribute such content within gospel social. however, you still own all the content you submit or make available on gospel social.
(c) all content, whether publicly posted or privately transferred, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. hallelujah gospel may not monitor or control the content posted via gospel social. any use of or reliance on any content or materials posted via gospel social or obtained by you through gospel social is at your own risk.
3. Personality Rights
Comments may contain audio, visual, or written representations of people or events which may be protected by some cultures. The use of images of living or recently deceased individuals is, in some jurisdictions, restricted by laws due to personality rights, regardless of their copyright status. Before using these types of content, please ensure that you have the right to use it under the laws which apply in the circumstances of your intended use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not infringe someone else's personality rights.
4. Copyright Policy
Hallelujah gospel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of gospel social to do the same. We desire to offer a platform which contains no content that violates those rights and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws and are properly provided to us. if you believe that your content has been copied in a way that is equivalent to copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (d) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained about is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Account Termination
If you no longer wish to use the services provided by Gospel Social, you may terminate your registered account by clicking the ‘Delete Account’ link found on the General Settings page. Once clicked, you will be redirected to a page where you need to provide your account password for confirmation. Note that this deactivation process is not a reversible action.
7. third-party Links and Resources. Gospel Social may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for: (a) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (b) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by Hallelujah Gospel of such websites or the content, products, or services available from them. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk from your use of these websites.
8. Rules. You must not do any of the following while using Gospel Social: (a) use Gospel Social for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities; (b) upload or post any content in violation of the terms given here; (c) use Gospel Social for the purpose of spamming anyone; (d) access or tamper with non-public areas of Gospel Social, Hallelujah Gospel's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Hallelujah Gospel's providers; (e) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (f) access or search or attempt to access or search Gospel Social by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through the currently available pages that are provided by Gospel Social, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Hallelujah Gospel; (g) in any way use Gospel Social to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (h) interfere with or disrupt (or attempt to do so) the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing Gospel Social, or by scripting the creation of content that interferes with or creates an undue burden on gospel social.
General Limitation of Liability
To ensure the security and dependability of service Gospel Social provides, below are the disclaimer and limits of our legal liabilities.
to the extent permitted by law, in no event shall gospel social, including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors, or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available gospel social and its contents (collectively the “covered parties”), be liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: (i) loss of goodwill, profits, business interruption, data or other intangible losses; (ii) your inability to use, unauthorized use of, performance or non-performance of the site; (iii) unauthorized access to or tampering with your personal information or transmissions; (iv) the provision or failure to provide any service; (v) errors or inaccuracies contained on gospel social or any information, products, services, and related graphics obtained through gospel social; (vi) any transactions entered into through gospel social; (vii) any property damage including damage to your computer or computer system caused by viruses or other harmful components, during or on account of access to or use of gospel social or any site to which it provides hyperlinks; or (viii) damages otherwise arising out of the use of gospel social, any delay or inability to use gospel social, or any information, products, or services obtained through gospel social. the limitations of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if a covered party has been advised of the possibility of damages. Further, to the extent permitted by law, Covered Parties accept no responsibilities for any damage and/or delay due to causes beyond the Covered Parties’ control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority.
The failure of Gospel Social to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability for Non-US Residents
By using this site, you agree that Gospel Social, its parents, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, representative agents, partners and licensors’ liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible in your country of residence.
